The Fall Finale Pollinator Pre-Planned Garden was designed by David Salman, High Country Gardens' founder, to extend the bloom season of a typical perennial garden from summer into late fall. Included are some of our best native and pollinator-friendly plants that offer food for birds and habitat for bees, butterflies, and beneficial insects.

Some perennials are shipped as potted plants, some as perennial roots packed in peat. The ‘Plant Information’ section describes how that item will ship. All perennials and fall-planted bulbs are packaged to withstand shipping and are fully-guaranteed. Please open upon receipt and follow the instructions included.
Perennials and fall-planted bulbs are shipped at the proper planting time for your Growing Zone. Perennial and fall-planted bulb orders will arrive separately from seeds. If your order requires more than one shipment and all items are shipping to the same address, there is no additional shipping charge. "The garden is VERY well designed. I love the foliage. The buckwheats are blooming and they are very pretty. The rattlesnake master is about to bloom. I would not been able to create such a beautiful garden. I saw two hungry dark green hairy caterpillars on one plant. Which is GREAT! The plant did not mind to be munched and is growing well. Can't wait for butterflies. I would recommend this garden and would definitely buy more products from High Country Gardens."
