Our guarantee covers all plants, bulbs, and seeds for a full year after delivery.

A year gives plants time to establish and settle in. Remember, plants have a natural lifecycle and take time to mature; not all will bloom in the first year. Our learning centers and experts can help you know what to expect.

Guarantee Details

  • When available, we’ll provide a one-time complimentary replacement of the same product. If unavailable, we’ll offer a suitable replacement of your choice or a refund.
  • Our guarantee does not cover loss due to factors beyond our control (e.g., human error, lack of care during acclimation, adverse weather, aesthetic dissatisfaction, or animal damage). Examples include planting outside the recommended hardiness zone, not protecting young plants from wildlife, or insufficient care while establishing.
  • Our customer service team may request photos or details to support quality control and maintain high standards.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We’re happy to help troubleshoot and set you up for success with your next planting.

Commercial Order Guarantee

  • We sell top-quality plants, bulbs, and seeds with the understanding they’ll be planted and cared for per the included instructions.
  • We guarantee plants to be true to name and to ship and arrive in good condition. Customers are responsible for selecting products suited to their application and conditions.
  • Per industry standards, we’ll honor claims or return requests up to 30 days after delivery.
  • We cannot be responsible for animal damage or extraordinary weather.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders set to ship immediately cannot be canceled after placement.
  • For later-season shipments, submit cancellation requests at least one week before your ship week begins.
  • Requests within one week of your ship week are not guaranteed.

Return Policy

  • Live goods (perennials, bare roots, bulbs) cannot be returned. We accept returns of seeds and hard goods within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returns must be in sellable condition and shipped at the customer’s expense.
  • Please ship seed returns with tracking to:

    Email the tracking number to customer service. Once received, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
