Honeysuckles are wonderful flowering vines that will beautify your garden and keep your neighborhood hummingbirds well fed and happy. Honeysuckle (Lonicera) are best planted where they receive a bit of afternoon shade in hotter climates. Want to train a honeysuckle to climb? Give it a bit of help by tying a piece of garden twine to the base of a young plant and affix the other end to the top of a post.
