How do we use your location?
Knowing your location helps us recommend plants that will thrive in your climate, based on your Growing Zone.
15-18" x 30-36" wide. A uniquely colored selection of hummingbird trumpet, ‘Northfork Coral’ blooms in late summer with showy coral-orange flowers. Spreading slowly via underground roots, the foliage makes a nice 6" tall bright green mat. A little extra water when blooming increases the flowers. Discovered by plant explorer/nurseryman Sean Hogan in the mountains of northern CA.
As soon as your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email the day your order ships telling you how it has been sent. Some perennials are shipped as potted plants, some as perennial roots packed in peat. The ‘Plant Information’ section describes how that item will ship. All perennials and fall-planted bulbs are packaged to withstand shipping and are fully-guaranteed. Please open upon receipt and follow the instructions included.
Perennials and fall-planted bulbs are shipped at the proper planting time for your Growing Zone. Perennial and fall-planted bulb orders will arrive separately from seeds. "Lovely and unusual variety with eye catching coral pink blooms and wide leaves. Seems to need more water than other varieties I have, but mine had lots of flowers and bloomed for many months. Didn't have many problems with pests, and it attracts hummingbirds. Highly recommended!"
"High Country Gardens replaced my dead plants within days of my previous comment. I should have just called them first with my problem. The new plants arrived in great shape, obviously well rooted into their pots. Thank you!!!"
