Toughest Perennial I've Planted

"I planted this last fall on a very sunny dry hill and promptly forgot about it. After this extremely dry winter with no supplemental water I fully expected it to be dried to a crisp. Nope. It was still going and has started to produce it's "blooms". This is why we plant natives!"

Great xeric plant

"Super tough plant. They looked rough after planting last fall, but they have come back strong this spring, even with several hard freezes. These are native to where I live in New Mexico and I was excited to add these to the garden."
