Agave

"I bought 5 of these. It is hard to find a hardy agave for a one 7. This particular cultivar survives in Santa Fe so I know it will be fine. I have a southwest section of my garden since I grew up in Arizona. They are healthy, but small and they grow slow."

Healthy and Happy in the Fairy Garden!

"I am totally going to buy another one of these when it becomes available. I have an outside Fairy Garden made of various pots all stacked creatively and this little guy looks awesome in there. I live in a high mountain desert, so finding outside tiny plants that can take our winters and our 100+ degree summers with full sun is tricky. So far this little guy is perfect!"

Love it

"added this to my water wise garden"

Deb (5/5)

neat plant

"Planted in a xeric area and appears to be doing well. Small plant planted at the base of a rock, so should look nice as it matures"

Attractive, slow growing

"I really like this agave. I hope it settles in and starts growing. So far it hasn't."

Interesting little succulent

"I've tried this plant twice in two different xeriscapes-the first in northwestern Missouri & the second in southeastern Kansas. Both xeriscapes had the soil amended for drainage and sat against the south side of the house receiving full sun. In northwestern Missouri it lived through the summer just fine but died the following winter. Here in southeastern Kansas it survived the first summer & winter just fine. It looks nice and its form provides some really unique texture with my other succulents. Though it didn't do well in northwestern Missouri I still like this plant as I love agaves."

Cute. . . for now!

"In a pot. . . . can't wait for it to ""grow up""!"
