Every day is a new delight

"I just scattered the seeds in a bed, and waited. Suddenly a few little shoots came up (and continue to come up) and then each day something new blooms. Pinks, yellows, oranges, purples, blues, whites . Everyone in the neighborhood stops to soak up some of the beauty and have a peaceful gardener chat while the world rages around us. I believe I have planted a Peace Garden, and I thank you."

Over 3 year later still gorgeous blooms

"Only one area of my cottage garden is shady and this mix has been producing year after year. It's one of my favorite areas and does beautifully amongst a couple of white pine trees. #sweepstakes"

The wildflower garden I have always dreamed of !

"These flowers, amazed me, new varieties, showing up every day for weeks. Watching the pollinators, both Wild and my Honey bees visiting every day has been such a joy. I am more than impressed with the flowers that have come up. because this was a shady area, I am so grateful for shady wildflowers!"

Another excellent product from High Country Gardens

"Planted in a partially shaded area using a handheld electric spreader. There were visible sprouts in just over a week, flowers showing in 3 weeks and fully developed plants in a month. Wow! The blend of colors and variety of flowers receive compliments from the neighbors."

Arrived quickly in cute packaging!

"Seeds arrived quickly and in attractive packaging. Would make a great gift! Too bad I'm keeping these for myself :)"

Review Update

"This is an update of the review I posted a month or so ago. In that review I said I expected a much greater show from a pound of seeds (shade mix). Only a couple species had flowered and they seemed rangy and not particularly showy. Granted, our summer to that point had been very hot and dry, and I probably underestimated how much sun the seeded area received. Regardless, a meager display. However, with the summer rains finally kicking in, varieties of species and plant vigor are much improved. Also worth mentioning is that the number of species flowering simultaneously isn't quite as robust as I prefer, but I'm hoping this downside means a longer overall bloom period. So, three and a half stars and would recommend to a friend with the above reservations."

Have repeat ordered multiple times

"I am making our front yard pollinator friendly and with the help of High Country Gardens products and information I am having great success . I have ordered on more than one occasion and will continue to do so in the future."

So Far So Good

"Newbie black thumb here. I have a Bermuda Rectangle at the back of my yard where nothing has ever grown, by myself or previous owners. I cleared off the oak leaf cover, mixed these with sand and scattered kind of willy nilly. I have a virtual carpet of little seedlings! That spot really does only get a few hours of sun (will get less in summer), so product is true to its description. Will update this review in Spring."
