From disappointed to impressed
"I'm updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars. I planted these in the Spring of 2025 and got no germination. Turns out the soil was too rich. The clue was that the small amount of leftover seed that I just threw on top my clay soil, with no stomping or prep work at all, germinated! Tried again. Sowed my remaining seed on top of my soil around Thanksgiving Day 2025 and in mid-May 2026 the blooms started appearing. I'm very pleased with the results and at least for NE Ohio recommend sowing in late fall or early winter for easy and spectacular results."
