Description
Iris germanica 'But Darling' (Tall Bearded Iris) is a multiple award-winning variety notable for its impressive 46-inch height, thickly ruffled petals, and prolific blooming and branching. Pale apricot standards contrast beautifully with deep violet falls that are adorned with a delicate lavender edge. Plant 'But Darling' as a garden focal point or mix it into a bed where it will create an eye-catching display in the late spring garden.
Plant in well-draining soil in a sunny spot with the tops of the rhizomes even with the soil level. Keep moist until established but be careful not to over water. Deer and rabbit resistant, this easy-care Bearded Iris will bring a smile to visitors.
