Not the best experience
"Pre-ordered this and the other collection. Even though they both said ships the week of May 11th, they shipped over a week before that time. A total of 9 plants were wrapped in plastic then slid inside a cardboard sleeve, all of which were packed in a cardboard box for over a week and driven across the country, then handed to the postal service. Needless to say, what arrived was dry, broken and mostly dead. A few plants looked like they might survive. I don’t understand this shipping practice, but more so, I can’t understand purposely packing something you know isn’t going to make it. Of 9 plants, one was over 9 inches long and broken. One was a bare root, 3 were dwindled up and dry and broken. None were at comparable stages of growth. But what really tans my hide was the arbitrary substitutions. Gardeners order plants based on size and color. I should not have been sent 3 different substitutions all of which were of differing heights and colors than ordered. I’m hopeful that some of these plants will survive but I won’t be shopping here again."
