"Not the healthiest plant when I received it. It's now starting to grow. Hopefully it gets bigger soon."
"I planted several last year and they all survived the winter. Most are filling in nicely, the ones in more full sun are doing better. The color of these Woody's Peach Surprise are a lovely pale pink that's different than anything else I have. I also planted the orange carpet variety at the same time- those have spread more and are slightly taller, and hummingbirds seem to prefer the orange, but this peach variety is a really nice addition to my perennial beds."
"I planted 6 of these this spring in my hellstrip. By late summer 3 of them had survived and are blooming like crazy. The flower color is gorgeous. The ones that didn't survive could have been taken out by deer (stepping on them, not eating them, I believe). Also, 2 in full sun are doing wonderfully, the other doesn't get as much sun and it is not as robust. I can't wait to watch these fill in next year. They look gorgeous with the lavender and agastache nearby."
"I have several 'Woody's Peach Surprise' Zauschneria in my zone 6b landscape all of which have returned beautifully for me this season. The flowers are large and a lovely shade of cool pinkish peach. A nice soft departure from the bolder colors typically found in waterwise perennials."
