Better than I ever dreamed

"I used this to fill a rocked section of my backyard. I never thought it would fill in as quickly as it did. It looks beautiful and the bees love it."

Easiest decision of my life!

"I recently had my backyard rocked around the perimeter and along the house. It was very boring until I discovered HighCountryGardens' preplanned gardens. I didn't want to reroute water to the rock area so I purchased a waterwise garden, and I am extremely pleased. We had a rough spring this year and a few plants aren't making it, but HIgh Country Gardens has been understanding and shipped replacements immediately. Two green thumbs up to this company! I keep ordering more and more. You have a repeat customer now for life!"

Great solution for my xeriscape

"The bees love it. It's beautiful and very hardy."

Great starter collection!

"I am really pleased with my purchases from High Country Garden. The plants came exactly when promised, were a great size, and in excellent condition (even better than my local nursery). I knew I couldn't get them in the ground immediately, so I potted them up until the garden space for them was done. They took off in the pots to at least double the size in only a few days. Their garden is now done and they have been planted. The map was so easy to follow even though my space is long and narrow. It helped me with the spacing and grouping. I'm now starting to see some blooms and can't wait for when the plants mature and I can see them in their full glory! One reminded, with the hot dry winds we've been having along the front range, they need daily water to get growing in the ground!"

Very Please with this Garden

"I bought two of these gardens for the area in front of my house. Got the plants in the fall and planted as per instructions. A few of the plants were not looking too good this spring, and High Country Gardens sent replacement plants quickly with no hesitation. This is my firsts attempt at real gardening and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. The first year for the flowers and they are already blooming and looking great."

I have recommended this to so many people!

"I'm a hairdresser and my clients and I talk about many subjects including gardening! I love to show my pictures of our pre planned garden! It's been a few seasons and everything still looks great! We even add things from High Country here and there! I'm a big fan!"

Perfect For Hot Dry Areas

"I had a 10x20 foot full-sun grassy area in my yard that was hard to keep healthy. I let the grass die and prepped the bed according to instructions. One Tickseed didn't make it and HCG exchanged it with absolutely no issues. I've followed the watering and feeding instructions to a T. The garden is looking fantastic. It has grown dramatically since I planted in May. I'm really excited to order more planned gardens for the rest of the problem spots in my yard."

So far, so great!

"Wow! I'm in Colorado and my pre planned garden had to wait in the garage for 2 weeks before getting into the ground! We kept getting snow and below freezing temps! Everything made it through and we finally got them into their new home WELL after Mother's Day. There were 2 tick seed plants that were pretty tiny when they came. . . and they're already gone. But the rest! They have taken off! We're so excited to see what next season brings! We've added some switch grass in through the middle and blue knight Spiraea on the edges. I've also got something called fern bush on the very edge. It's supposed to be pretty large! I wanted some drama! All I do is talk about how cool this is!"

Still gorgeous in its 8th Season!

"We bought a couple of the pre-planned gardens including this one about eight years ago when we were having to landscape quickly and didn't have much time to plan it out. It grew quickly and is still beautiful. I find that the plants I buy from high country Gardens grow better and last longer than any other. I am in Colorado Springs, zone five."

Worked awesome in my challenging backyard environment

"I live at almost 7000' in the foothills out of Denver and have many challenges in gardening, including a large herd of deer that browse my garden regularly. These plants survived fabulously, looked terrific and attracted lots of hummingbirds and bees (including bumblebees!). The deer never touched them and for the most part it was pretty maintenance free. I was extremely pleased with the results!"
