Upright stems and dozens of globe-like flowerheads provide multi-layered visual interest throughout late-summer, ensuring it pairs well with many other kinds of garden flowers.
These long-lived plants don’t run or self-seed, making them easy to plan for in the garden. Consider using it in clumps or clusters with a combination of coarser-textured perennials, like Salvias, in with very fine-textured plants, like smaller grasses, for a professional look.
