Tulipa humilis 'Little Beauty' (Wildflower Tulip) is a vigorous variety and a delight in the garden with its rich, reddish-pink petals and glowing blue-eyed center. A wonderful hybrid companion to 'Little Princess' Tulips, a vigorous naturalizer, 'Little Beauty' will form colorful, fragrant colonies over time. Especially nice planted with Muscari. 4-6" tall. Blooms in mid-spring. Wildflower tulips are the only tulips that are deer resistant.

"I like the vibrant pink color with the distinctive purple center. They close at night and open with the sun. I used it as a border flower."
"These little tulips are gorgeous and long-lasting."
"These little tulips have popped up and added some much needed color to my flower gardens. Love them!"
"Great flowers I planted them in fall they are starting to bloom now"
"Planted these bulbs along with grape hyacinths 2 years ago; first year they were sparse but this year they are thriving. Such sweet flowers, especially in early spring. I'm in an arid climate (high desert of NM) and think it's likely our slightly wetter year made the difference but still consider these highly waterwise plants. Hopeful that they are naturalizing in our adobe raised beds."
"These tulips are great- they're gorgeous and deer-resistant, which is perfect for our front planting strip along the sidewalk. This area gets trampled by dogs and deer daily so I'd say these are hardy little flowers."
"Lovely little tulips for forcing or containers."
"This is a great tulip. It's a reddish color as a bud. It opens during the day as a white center. Very striking. Fun to have in the garden"
"Beautiful little plant with interesting leaves but did not last a very long time."
"I am sure this would have been wonderful when we lived in full sun, in Reno NV. Unfortunately we got too much rain last year in the Pacific Northwest, so blooms were rare."
