Hopeful. Too soon to tell.

"I've planned these (Prairie Smoke (Geum)) for an arid, desert garden as companions to cactus and others in a native zone 8 landscape. The plants are small. One of three did not survive. I'm looking forward to watching the plants mature."

Cate (5/5)

Doing great through a dry Montana summer!

"Bushing up nicely! Loves my windy, dry, sunny border!"

Teacher (5/5)

Still waiting.

"These came pretty small. I planted all of them and they are all still growing. I suspect due to their small size, they have not flowered this year. They are doing well, I hope to see them do better next year."

Craig (4/5)

Healthy little plant

"Planted at edge of Piet Oudolf inspired Front Garden"

Jen (5/5)

Long slow starter, but will deliver.

"Requires patience. I planted four years ago, and I really thought it had not got established. But it has finally taken off, and looks just like the photos. Very novel-looking plant. Ground-hugging, so best for front of the border, or a tiered rock garden. Also makes a pretty good ground cover (if you aren't looking for a fast spreader. ) Don't give up on it!"
