These tulips are great- they're gorgeous and deer-resistant, which is perfect for our front planting strip along the sidewalk. This area gets trampled by dogs and deer daily so I'd say these are hardy little flowers.

Thriving 2nd Year After Planting

I wanted to add color to my flower beds. This is the 1st year with the Little Beauty and so far only 3 out of 45 have bloomed.  Hopefully next spring will yield more

Beautiful little plant with interesting leaves but did not last a very long time.

I would recommend for beauty and squiggly leaves.

This is a great tulip.  It's a reddish color as a bud. It opens during the day as a white center.  Very striking. Fun to have in the garden

I planted the bulbs according to the instructions but very few emerged in the spring. Perhaps I did not want enough over the winter, but our outdoor water was turned off. I got three flowers from all the bulbs I planted, which was a considerable number.

Disappointed from limited blooms

I am sure this would have been wonderful when we lived in full sun, in Reno NV. Unfortunately we got too much rain last year in the Pacific Northwest, so blooms were rare.

Looks best in full sun, all day, everyday.

I appreciate species tulips for their 'understated' beauty - they are small, but colorful, so they invite a closer look. They are peppered around our yard for merry 'color pops' in the spring, and they never fail to delight us, and also delight those pass
