Great buy!

"I purchased 2 bags of these crocuses and 1 bag of Blue Moon a year ago after thinking of adding spring color and forgot all about it until my shipment came in middle of September. I planted them in October and, if this helps, I live in metro Detroit, MI. I have been watching for these to come up everyday and finally at the very end of March on a beautiful sunny 50 degree day, they did (first ones to appear- Blue Moon not showing yet). I am so ecstatic because they're absolutely beautiful. I see more growing (they blend into grass really well) and I'm sure more will bloom in the next week or so. I love this pop of color when nothing is blooming yet. My daffodils have pods but have not bloomed yet. I am very happy with my purchase and hope they spread over time as I made a ring around a tree."

Moved and planted again at our new house

"I planted these in the lawn at our old house and they did great. Over time they started to fill in nicely. I specifically chose these ones because I read that squirrels don't like them and I never had any get dug up. We moved to a new house last fall and I made sure to order more so that we could enjoy crocuses this spring. We planted them in the grassy strip between the street and the edge of our front garden not realizing how much salt and sand was going to accumulate over the winter. The crocuses still came up this spring! They are a bit small, but I think that's just because it's the first year and they will be bigger in years to come. Now that we're seeing how the yard looks this spring we are already planning additional locations for more crocuses!"

Good sized bulbs!

"Hardy! We had a cold winter! Bloomed first year - deep rich purple color- harvested some saffron!"

Blooming beautifully in my lawn

"I bought 100 of these bulbs to plant in the lawn. My husband and I put 50 on each side of a brick walkway last fall, and sure enough we have over 45 individual crocus plants on each side this spring! Some of them have 2 or even 3 blooms each. Since they will naturalize/spread over time, we opted to plant the corms individually rather than in small groups as many will recommend to maximize coverage. We're already planning to buy more this fall to extend the area we planted!"

Gorgeous purple

"Planted these randomly in the lawn and they looked stunning when they came up. I hope they naturalize so I'll have more next year. I will buy more anyway because you can't have too many beautiful flowers especially in early spring in CO!"

Love these - really took off!

"I planted six of these bulbs year before last. First year, I had five or six blooms in early spring. Very pretty. This year, though - whoa! They sprung like nothing I was expecting! There were at least 20 blooms. . . the little circle shape I had originally planted them in totally filled out! It was such a welcome surprise after a lot of snow this winter (I live at 7500' in CO mountains). They even got snowed on once after blooming, and didn't completely die from it. I have them in front of my house in afternoon sun. Gorgeous little flowers!"

"I have edged my patio with these pretty little crocus plants, and they look so charming there in early spring."
