"Good germination %, and good border establishment for xeric conditions north of Tucson, AZ, zone 9."
"I had an area of my yard that I had taken back from being part of the lawn last fall and then had planted some native perennials. Sadly, most of those didn't come back and I then wanted an easy way to fill this space. I found this seed mix and scattered the seeds in early May (Denver) and watched as the seedlings quickly emerged. Now, at the beginning of August, the area is FULL of wildflowers that have been blooming for the last month. Would do this again in a heartbeat!"
"There are alot of unknown/unfamiliar plants in this package, they haven't bloomed yet and this is the end of July."
"Turned a hot dry bare spot into the focus of my front yard!"
"I'm a slightly neglectful gardener - I like things that can take rain, wind, and drought, and keep growing. These seeds really help that area of my yard where it all happens. If they can grow there, they'll thrive. In Arizona, it is mostly sunny, but temperatures can be a bear in the summer. Seed goes out late summer into fall, and late winter - what comes up is amazing."
"I mixed two xeric mixes together for more variety. Just after sowing the area, we had nearly two weeks of rain, leaving the area under 6"" of water. With the sunshine returning, the wet conditions actually jump started the germination. I had masses of beautiful flowers from Spring through early November when we had several hard frosts. I can't wait until next Spring when the perennials will also be in full bloom."
"Used as a lawn replacement in Salt Lake City home, easy to plant in fall, fun to watch throughout the summer as new flowers bloomed, spring through fall with constant blooms"
