How do we use your location?
Knowing your location helps us recommend plants that will thrive in your climate, based on your Growing Zone.
Rain Lilies love the rain! Our Rain Lilies (Zephranthes) Mix of white, yellow and rosy-pink flowers come into flower after a good rain and will do so repeatedly during late summer. Also called Fairy Lilies, they are a wonderful addition to a border or at the base of trees where they will naturalize to form colorful colonies. Children love them. Plant in compost-enriched soil as Rain Lilies like very rich, slightly acid soil. Slow to emerge, growth won’t appear until late summer. Perennial in zones 7-11, grow them as an annual in colder zones. Nice in containers too. 6-10" tall.
As soon as your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email the day your order ships telling you how it has been sent. Some perennials are shipped as potted plants, some as perennial roots packed in peat. The ‘Plant Information’ section describes how that item will ship. All perennials and fall-planted bulbs are packaged to withstand shipping and are fully-guaranteed. Please open upon receipt and follow the instructions included.
Perennials and fall-planted bulbs are shipped at the proper planting time for your Growing Zone. Perennial and fall-planted bulb orders will arrive separately from seeds. If your order requires more than one shipment and all items are shipping to the same address, there is no additional shipping charge. See our shipping information page for approximate ship dates and more detailed information. If you have any questions, please call Customer Service at (802) 227-7200 or contact us by email or chat.

"They came shipped safely. And are very healthy"
"I ordered these lilies because I have grown the pink ones for years and haven't had any other colors. I grow them in pots because they aren't hardy in my growing zone but I leave them in the pots and simple put them in a dark closet and they go dormant. They are not super ""showy"" but I think they are a sweet surprise when they bloom after a rain shower."
"Received the bulbs a couple weeks before ideal planting time for my Zone 7 area. Planted 75 bulbs in one evening and carefully followed planting instructions. One month later and I have 75 new plants that are between 4-8 inches tall. 100% germination. Looking forward to some beautiful flowers later this Summer. :)"
"I had a small pot of these and was always surprised when I walked around the corner and they were blooming - you forget about them. I ordered 50 bulbs about a month ago and put them in several planters and pots. This morning I got my first bloom. The bulbs were nice and firm when they came in and I think I have about 90% growing. The first bloom just made me happy!"

"These were easy to plant and maintain."
