Leucanthemum superbum 'Becky' (Shasta Daisy) showers the garden with classic flowers from mid-summer to early fall. Cheerful 3-4-inch flowers of white petals around a golden-yellow center flutter on sturdy stems. Lovely as cut flowers they are easy-care, long-blooming additions to a border, container, or cutting garden. Deer and rabbit resistant too.
'Becky' Shasta Daisy is an improvement on the classic Shasta daisy with wider petals and larger flowers on sturdier stems that don’t need staking. Perennial Plant of the Year in 2003, butterflies love 'Becky'! Glossy green foliage grows to about one foot tall and the flowers rise above on stems 2-3 feet tall. Long-lasting cut flowers, they make lovely additions to a mixed flower setting. Easy-to-grow, they prefer a full sun location or light shade in hotter areas. Plant them in average soil that has good drainage. Keep moist to establish, thereafter 'Becky' is a water-thrifty plant that will brighten the garden for many years. Deadhead spent flowers to promote new blooms. A good choice for a large area where low maintenance, hardy flowers are desired, they will naturalize in a wild setting. Divide clumps for more plantings every 2-3 years. (36-48" tall x 24-36" wide)

So far so good!
"Planted six of these last fall in a challenging border that faces West, but gets shaded until around noon-1:00. Daisies seem to thrive there, along with black eyed susan. I planted Becky to have a different variety with the other daisies. They survived the winter well and are in bud now. Can't wait to see them bloom and grow."

Healthy plant
"I'vve grown Becky Shasta Daisies for years and have found them to the most reliable shasta daisy of all I've grown. But I had some losses in the severe drought of 2022 and needed one more plant to finish my garden design."

Completely satisfied with these daisies!
"Purchased 5 daisy plants. They came packaged so well and looked very healthy. Followed directions for easy planting. They were slow to start but are blooming beautifully! Each plant has at least 15-20 blooms on it. I plan to buy more. A big plus is the deer, which are abundant on our property, do not eat them!"

I LOVE these daisys!
"These daisies are easy to care for. They are sturdy in the Colorado winds. Do NOT require a lot of water or attention. They double in size quickly. I live at 7200 ft. and they thrive! I tell all my neighbors about them. I have bought several of them and plan on buying at least 6 more this year."
