How do we use your location?
Knowing your location helps us recommend plants that will thrive in your climate, based on your Growing Zone.
Heuchera x Northern Exposure™ 'Purple’ (Coral Bells) PP#30568 creates beautiful contrasts and accents with its rich purple to-silver leaves. From late spring to fall masses of delicate pink flowers rise above the plant on slender stems up to 2' above the plant. Hummingbirds, bees, and butterflies are attracted to the flowers. It’s a great option for a deer and rabbit resistant groundcover. This is an easy-to-grow Heuchera that is nice as an accent, as well as in mass plantings where the foliage and flowers can make a big impression. Useful in rock gardens, small spaces, and containers as well, this versatile plant knows no bounds. Native to North America and Russia, Heuchera has been hybridized into many colors and forms. Plants in the Northern Exposure™ series are noted for rust resistance, longevity, and cold hardiness.

"Beautiful dark purple foliage that grows best in a shady/semi-shady area. Surprisingly drought tolerant. I probably have them in a spot that gets a little too much sun in the summer. These have been planted for about 18 months in my Zone 7b, Northern Utah garden. I would definitely buy again."
"Plants arrived in excellent condition."
"All of my plants arrived large and healthy! The are thriving and some are even blooming! Will order again!"
"The deer ate all the leaves off of one plant before I was able to plant them. I wrote in and was told that they need a year before they develop the bitter compound that the deer don't like. That would have been good to know. I went ahead and planted them. The second plant leaves were all eaten. However, so far so good. They are still alive and putting up new leaves. As long as they survive, I'll be happy."
