Teucrium cossonii (Gray Creeping Germander) blooms with fragrant honey scented pink flowers in summer that are held over equally fragrant thin linear gray leaves. "Individual plans could’ve been labeled better or color-coded. It was hard to follow the diagram for planting them. I didn’t know how wide apart they should be planted"

"One of the pots had a sticker on it saying it was domant with viable roots, okay to plant. Absolutely nothing but dirt in the pot. . . no roots whatsoever. All the other 15 pots were good plants"

"Nice healthy plant but too tiny."

Our Stunning Purple ""Front Lawn""

"We replaced our lawn with colorful gravel and color-coordinated stepping stones, Orchid Frost Lamium under trees and Grey Creeping Gerrymander in full sun. In just the second year it is already filling the area, receiving tons of compliments, and only needing 15 minutes of overhead sprinkler watering every two weeks! Besides the plants being fabulous, the sales and customer service team at High Country Gardens are top notch and helped us make this project user friendly and joyous. Thank you!"

Transforming My Garden Border with Gray Creeping Germander

"I planted Gray Creeping Germander (Teucrium) as a mass planting along my garden border, and it has completely transformed the space! The soft gray-green foliage creates a beautiful, low-maintenance carpet that stays tidy and lush all season long. It forms a dense, uniform look that perfectly frames my garden, giving it a clean and polished feel. The delicate lavender flowers that bloom throughout the summer are an added bonus, attracting bees and other pollinators. What I love most is how drought-tolerant and resilient this plant is. It thrives in full sun and poor soil, making it perfect for my low-water landscape design. Plus, it requires minimal pruning to maintain its neat, creeping form. If you're looking for an easy-care plant for mass planting or edging, I highly recommend Gray Creeping Germander. It's brought a soft, sophisticated look to my garden with very little effort!"

This is going to be so beautiful!

"We have taken out our front lawn and are very happy with the replacement. The plants we received from High Country Gardens are thriving and all our neighbors are congratulating us on the beauty of the project. We have Orchid Frost Lamium in shady and semi-shady areas and Grey Creeping Germander in the sun. The Lamium is already filling in beautifully, and when the Germander grows to spread over the gravel, we are going to have a stunning pink and purple front yard!"

One for the bees, two for the butterflies, three for me

"Very drought tolerant, lovely, spreading/mounded ground cover. Pollinators LOVE it. Grows slowly at first, but withstands our very hot, dry summers and cold winters (Mediterranean climate), in lean soils. No water or fertilizer needed."

Butterfly Favorite

"It took a year to settle in, but this year (year 2) all three plants flourished! The spread is great, and flowers are an incredible butterfly magnet. Drought and wind tolerant, and handles heat and cold equally as well. I'm glad I bought these plants."
