How do we use your location?
Knowing your location helps us recommend plants that will thrive in your climate, based on your Growing Zone.
12-18" tall x 18-24" wide. Coreopsis 'Zagreb' is a superior flowering perennial that grows readily in a wide range of garden conditions. It begins blooming in late spring covering itself with large brilliant golden-yellow flowers into the summer. Shear back after the first flush of flowers to encourage re-blooming later in the summer. Zagreb Whorled Tickseed spreads gently by rhizomes and has attractive finely textured bright green foliage. With good resistance to browsing deer, the plant is easy-to-grow and is well adapted across much of the country. Named after the Croatian capital of Zagreb.
As soon as your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive a second email the day your order ships telling you how it has been sent. Some perennials are shipped as potted plants, some as perennial roots packed in peat. The ‘Plant Information’ section describes how that item will ship. All perennials and fall-planted bulbs are packaged to withstand shipping and are fully-guaranteed. Please open upon receipt and follow the instructions included.
Perennials and fall-planted bulbs are shipped at the proper planting time for your Growing Zone. Perennial and fall-planted bulb orders will arrive separately from seeds. If your order requires more than one shipment and all items are shipping to the same address, there is no additional shipping charge. See our shipping information page for approximate ship dates and more detailed information. If you have any questions, please call Customer Service at (801) 769-0300 or contact us by email or chat.

"Stable packaging provided excellent protection for the dormamt plants with healthy roots. Can’t wait to plant and enjoy."
"Ordered a few different plants from High Country. Packaging and customer interface were great, plants were a mix. Lavender and sage plants were as expected, but 8 Coreopsis Zagreb were wilted and listless and have largely failed to thrive though planted right next to a few of the same species (planted last year) that are doing great. I did not contact the company to seek advice or redress, but have been receiving a steady flow of promotional e-mails including a request for a 'review', so here it is."
"This was part of a collection, and I bought 4 of the same collection for my parkway. This Coreopsis had 3 per collection, so I had a dozen. Irtually all of them remained the same fragil sizethe first year dedpite weekly water and fertizer. This May thesebegan to show growth, and by July were a full 2 feettall and covered in blooms thatbecamea showstopper. Ifthese get sun and readonable moisture, do not think they are a lost cause. i was convinced that 3 of,y 12 thathad shriveled upwere dead. Nope. Just getting established and stressed a bit."
"Good first year."
