I thought I had killed them!

"Waited too long to plant and didn't think they would survive. But these plants are alive and thriving now!"

Plants took off right away!

"Put in shady bed under an established tree."

Growing and blooming! Very healthy, happy plant

"Small plant that easily adapted and grew quickly."

Little Treasure is right!!

"This really is a little treasure. The leaves are so delicate it reminds me of Maidenhair fern. I planted two together in a pot which started flowering a few weeks later. I plan to put them in ground very soon now so they can establish roots before winter. Will see how it survives a pretty cold winter at 8000 ft, but by the description it should do just fine and thus far I've found all HCG's descriptions to be very accurate. Here's hoping!"

Love this Columbine

"Very dainty plant, was a little flimsy but is catching up to the other Columbine I ordered quickly"

Ocimom (5/5)

Flower red, not yellow. Not what I expected

"I have had it only a month or so but the first (tiny) flower is red with a little yellow on the petals. Compared to other Columbines the plant looks small, as it should. Growth has been slow. I suspect this is some variant of the plant I ordered but I am not really happy with it."

Growing good so far

"Got 5 of these a bit late for my area since the spring was late, (zone 9) cool and wet this year. Held them on my patio for a week or two before planting. So far they look awesome. Beautiful darkish green, healthy leaves, no flowers yet, but perennials are often late flowering the first year they are planted. The true test will be the summer heat 100+ degrees. This is a brand new garden I just made this year out of an unused area under a palo verde tree and a texas sage that has been trimmed up as a small tree."

A show stopping bloom!

"I enjoy adding color to the yard using plants with lovely flowers. This plant filled the bill!"

RLynne (5/5)

Even bloomed the first year

"Bright pretty little plant that thrives in inky shade!"
