"Some of my newly planted bulbs were trampled by inconsiderate building contractors so I didnt think they would make it but to my delight, those daffs bloomed! There is a definite difference between the High Country bulbs and those I had purchased at a big box store. The High Country bulbs are impressively hardy and showy. So I was very surprised to see two YELLOW daffodils come up first, one being solid medium yellow and one being a mix of pale and medium yellow (as shown in photo).
