Description

Heuchera sanguinea v. pulchra is a dwarf coral bells subspecies that blooms in early summer with a stunning display of fuchsia- pink flowers held over compact rosettes of hairy foliage. In the rock garden, this perennial wildflower enjoys a north or northeast-facing crevice. At higher elevations, it grows in full sun but generally does best in dappled shade where the soil drains well. Native to the mountains of the southwestern USA.
