Daylily ‘Crimson Pirate’ (Hemerocallis ‘Crimson Pirate’) sets the summer garden ablaze with color with bold, pure red against lush, grass-like foliage. A mid-season bloomer, ‘Crimson Pirate’ blooms from June – August with star-like 4" fragrant flowers, making a perfect complement to many summer flowers. Very easy to grow, it’s a low maintenance, pollinator friendly daylily that will bring pleasure every summer.

Daylily ‘Crimson Pirate’ (Hemerocallis ‘Crimson Pirate’) fills the summer garden with breathtaking color. Deep-toned red spider-type petals with a yellow-gold midrib are 4" across for stand-out appeal. Its red flowers are beautiful complements to the greens of a perennial bed. Or, how about combining ‘Crimson Pirate’ with other warm colored Salvia, Gazania, Coneflower and Agastache, for a true garden hot-spot? Plant in compost enriched, well-drained garden soil in a spot with full to part sun for years of garden appeal. At 26-30" tall, they work well in a perennial bed, alongside a building, border or path, or as a stand-alone focal point. Butterflies and hummingbirds love them! 26-30" tall x 15-18" wide.
