Description

12-24" tall x 4' wide (cutting propagated). This is a superior selection of Rosemary "Prostratus" discovered by Phillip Johnson. He spotted it as a volunteer seedling in a northern CA landscape. "Irene" has nice medium green leaves and a low mounding habit with branches that will trail over walls and containers. Its strong blue-violet flowers come into color in early spring and are the highlight of this plant as they are larger, bluer and more profuse than any other trailing Rosemary. Fantastic for pots and hanging baskets! (cv:Renzels' P.P 9124)
