Why Plant Lavandula?
Lavender plants (Lavandula) are enjoyed for their richly colored flowers and fabulous soothing fragrance. Of course, they're great for drying. We offer English Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), French Lavender hybrids (Lavandula intermedia) and Spanish Lavender (Lavandula stoechas). Our re-blooming Lavender varieties (Gros Bleu, Sharon Roberts, Buena Vista) will flower in spring and again in fall. Lavender is drought resistant and thrives in hot, sunny sites with fast-draining soils.
