Add some extraordinary flowers to your spring garden with our Stranger Than Fiction Flower Bulb Collection. Featuring five selections to wake up the senses from mid-spring to early-summer, the flowers will bring a sense of wonder to all.
In mid-spring, Persian Lily (Fritillaria persica), starts the show with 2-3' tall, vertical spikes of dusky maroon bell-shaped flowers. Multiplying over the seasons to establish dramatic groupings, this unusual flower is a favorite of all visitors – people and pollinators. Nex up in late-spring, Red Riding Hood Tulip is shorter in stature but big in eye-popping color and unusual foliage. Also in late-spring comes Cotton Candy Grape Hyacinth (Muscari). A most unusual Muscari, the lavender-pink flowers are feathery and frilly and sweetly fragrant. Allium Globemaster is always ready to surprise with its bouncy ball flower heads of violet-purple blooms. Plant them in a group where their height of 3-4' lets them tower over the late-spring to early-summer garden. Last but surely not least is Shubert’s Allium (Allium schubertii), one of our most beloved Alliums. At 16-20" tall, with long-lasting spherical, sparkler-like blooms they bring fireworks to the late-spring garden. Total of 29 bulbs.
