Description
Fringed Double Tulip Mascotte (Tulipa Mascotte) is a sassy addition to the late spring garden with its raspberry petals fringed on the edges. The double flowers have long-lasting, colorful blooms and are 12-14" tall. Plant them with Nepeta, Salvia and other late spring flowering bulbs for a dramatic effect.
