Our Native Dry Area Wildflower Seed Mix is a good solution for planting beautiful, resilient flowers in dry climates. We took the concept of our bestselling Dry Area Wildflower Seed Mix and created a similar mix featuring only native wildflowers. Native wildflowers are hardy and resilient, well adapted to the region’s specific growing conditions, and they’re essential for supporting wildlife. Like any seed, this drought-tolerant mix requires moisture to sprout, but needs little water once established. This mix includes 6 annual wildflowers and 10 perennial wildflowers, growing up to 6 feet tall when mature. Annuals bloom in the first year, proving season-long color. Perennials will start to bloom in in the second or third year, and will return for years to come. Look for a colorful mix of blue, red, yellow, pink, and purple blooms that will attract bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and other pollinators. High Country Gardens seed mixes contain 100% seed with no fillers, and all seeds are non-GMO, neonicotinoid-free, and guaranteed to grow.
