A blend of wildflowers for the ever-changing weather of the Pacific Northwest, this mix includes 28 different wildflower species. "Great selection!"

Wildflowers Galore

"I am eager about Meadowscaping and became very excited about applying it to my little yard in a my manufactured home park. However, the park is quite particular about landscaping looking manicured, including grassy lawns, and we have ""shared"" spaces as there are no fences, making planting wildflowers a bit of a tricky endeavor. However, I took a thoughtful approach and formed a specific border in my front and side yard where the wildflowers would not drift or look unkempt. Fabulously, the seeds burst into life in colorful droves and new flowers seem to appear throughout the season. Also, I have received compliments from neighbors and been able to share with them how the wildflower mixes and Beneficial Bug mix has resulted in NO APHIDS on my rose bushes or the ones nearby (they were covered last year). It has been delightful to see butterflies flitting around and so many ladybugs I lost count in what could otherwise have been called a lifeless yard, and the colorful flowers, in different heights, shapes, and forms, is a throwback to childhood running through fields. I have planted seeds purchased at the grocery store and nothing grew, but everything from High Country burst into life, even the Shade Mix which took a little longer. I love my wildflowers and will be expanding the width of my border next year to accommodate more seeds from High Country Gardens."

Perfect for the PNW

"Planted this mix in an area that receives full sun. Very fast to germinate and had some blooms in 2-1/2 weeks and a fully developed mix of beautiful PNW wildflowers within a month."

An excellant except for Foxglove and cornflowers

"a good mix for the Pacific Northwest except for cornflower and foxglove, both invasive plants west of the Cascade range. These put compete and teplace the other native pollinator supporting plants like Clarkia etc."

Thrilled with this seed collection.

"I planted a 20 x 20' plot with 1 lb. of seeds, NW mix, right before a spring rain. Then I watered them regularly and they sprouted quickly. This wildflower garden proved to be a morale booster, with all of the troubles going on in this country and the world. It brought me delight and a sense of peace and well-being."
