Typically blooming in mid to late March, Tulip clusiana Bulbs Tubergen's Gem is a species tulip that is very hardy, but also does well in southern gardens. This tulip is well suited for rock gardens and can also be used for cut flowers. Tubergen's Gem Tulip is a perennial tulip and naturalizes (multiplies and spreads) over the seasons. Looks lovely mixed with Tulip clusiana Lady Jane. Wildflower Tulips are the only type of Tulip that is deer resistant.
