Description

Reblooming Daylily ‘Purple D'oro’ (Hemerocallis ‘Purple D’oro’) sports lightly ruffled lavender-purple petals surrounding a yellow-to-green throat, for a colorful addition to the summer garden. ‘Purple D’oro’ hails from ‘Stella D’oro’, one of the most popular and long-blooming daylilies known. It blooms prolifically all summer long and well into autumn with 3" flowers above bright green grass-like foliage. At 12-14" tall, it’s perfect in a garden border, container, or along a path. The lovely purple flowers harmonize well with Lavender, Coneflower, or Yarrow. Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds, deer and rabbits stay away. Plant in a location with full sun to light shade and compost enriched, well-drained soil. 14-20" tall x 14-20" wide.
