Pretty Woman Tulip

Tulipa x 'Pretty Woman' is a stunning Lily-Flowered Tulip with striking cardinal red flowers and pointed and slightly reflexed petals around the golden heart. In a group often dominated by bi-colors, this pure red tulip stands out beautifully. These unique tulips bloom late, at the end of the tulip season. Whether you leave them in the garden, or cut them for a spectacular arrangement, the show goes on for days, sometimes weeks. The blooms lengthen, then begin to open wide. After a few days, they are almost flat, like a huge pointed-petaled poppy. It's a fabulous finale for the tulip season.
