The plant grows as a low mat of handsome deep green foliage and covers itself with hundred of late spring flowers. 'Shades of Pink' Phlox will often re-bloom lightly later in the season in response to summer rains. An easy-to-grow species native to northern Arizona that thrives in the Western states. It's very different and distinct from common creeping phlox. A High Country Gardens exclusive selected by Chief Horticulturist David Salman.
