A pale green star is visible in the center, making these large, easy-care flowers a must-have for the holiday season. Sturdy stemmed, it will flower 6-10 weeks from planting.
Description
Amaryllis Bulb Showmaster (Hippeastrum ‘Showmaster’) lights up the holiday season with a red and white stripe explosion. Huge blooms open to reveal a chartreuse star at the center and the delicate red edges place it at the top of anyone’s shopping list. Large flowers on sturdy stems, these bulbs will flower in 6-10 weeks. Plant your bulb in a pot at least 6" in diameter but not too large – amaryllis like a snug fit. Add soil and place bulb, with roots spread around, covering 2/3 of the bulb with soil, leaving 1/3 of the bulb exposed. Water well, then ease up until you see some growth. Place in a sunny location and enjoy. (20-24" tall.)
