Description

Agastache rupestris 'Glowing Embers®' (Hummingbird Mint) will remind you of watching the shimmer of glowing embers in a campfire--these are the shades of smoldering orange-red colors you'll find in the flower spikes of Blooming from mid-summer into early fall, this gorgeous selection is both aromatic (with its spicy licorice-mint scent) and spectacular. Hummingbirds adore the nectar-rich flowers which contrast beautifully with the thin, fine textured pewter-gray foliage. Glowing Embers was originally selected by High Country Garden's Chief Horticulturist, David Salman from a large group of plants grown from seed collected in its Grant Co., NM habitat.
