Soil Mender's Mineral Boost contains over 30 trace minerals that support the growth of healthy plants. This mineral-rich fertilizer is an essential component for good soil preparation. It also feeds the beneficial soil microbes that break down organic materials into humus. Dig Mineral Boost into the soil at planting time and broadcast on top of the soil around established plants every year or two in the fall.
Use it on all types of ornamental and edible plants. Xeric plants such as cacti, succulents, native shrubs, Penstemon and other wildflowers are particularly responsive when fertilized with Mineral Boost. A natural product mined near Salida, CO. Mineral Boost was formerly known as Planters II.
Application rates: use 1 level handful per perennial plant – 1/2 cup per 1 to 5 gal sized shrub or rose – 6 heaping cups (5 lbs.) per 100 sq ft of bed area.
