Our Intermountain Native Wildflower Seed Mix is designed for
gardens and landscapes in the western US and Canada, from the front range of
the Rocky Mountains to the Cascades and Sierra Nevadas. In the first season,
annual Rocky Mountain Bee Plant, Globe Gilia, and California Poppies will
bloom; in the second season, blooms from 16 perennial wildflowers will burst
with color. (Annuals can re-seed for subsequent seasons; perennials will return
year after year.) Native plants are essential for supporting pollinators,
birds, and wildlife, and planting native wildflower seeds is a low-maintenance
and affordable way to fill your property with these beautiful, beneficial
plants. The wildflowers in this mix have a broad native range; for a mix of
highly localized rare native wildflowers, see our Rare Intermountain Native
Wildflower Seed Mix. High Country Gardens seed mixes contain 100% seed with
no fillers, and all seeds are non-GMO, neonicotinoid-free, and guaranteed to
grow.
Suitable for the mountainous regions of Colorado,
Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming, as well as SW Alberta
and SE British Columbia. Best for elevations below 7,000 feet.
