Eat them raw, saute them, roast them, stuff them or stir fry them. Peppers should be planted outside after the last average frost date. You can plant up to 6 weeks earlier if you use Kozy Coats plant protectors. Like tomatoes, peppers prefer a well drained soil that is high in organic matter. Pepper plants prefer moist soil. Avoid wet soil. Water regularly in the hot, dry summer months.
