1/2" x 12-15" Wide. A fantastic lichen-like groundcover, Spanish Sandwart grows as a tightly packed mat of gray-green leaves. An excellent carpet plant for rock gardens, it's also a great filler between pavers and flagstone. A slow but steady grower it never outgrows its place, just fills in under other plants. Also a nice plant for containers planted with succulents or xeric perennials. In hot climates, it's best to plant Spanish Sandwort in morning sun, afternoon shade and water a little more regularly. Zones 4-8. 3" deep standard pot size.
