GROWING TIPS

Wildflowers are best sown in the fall or early spring, as many species require 4-8 weeks of freezing or near freezing nights before germinating. To sow later in spring or summer, after cold temperatures have passed, cold-stratify wildflower seeds by mixing them with slightly damp sand and refrigerating (not freezing) for 8 weeks prior to seeding.
