Description:

This new, premium fescue lawn seed mix is our top recommendation for a waterwise non-native turf lawn. RTF or rhizomatous tall fescue is unique from all other fescue grasses because this is the first non-clumping fescue that is “self repairing,” spreading into bare spots with rhizomes. This helps the turf maintain its thick, even coverage with much less frequent overseeding.

RTF fescue is deep rooted and xeric with excellent drought and heat tolerance. It holds its rich green color long into fall and greens-up in early spring. The seed germinates rapidly in spring, summer or fall for quickly establishing your new lawn. Sow 6-8 lbs. per 1000 sq. ft.
