Description:
The smallest sized population known of this species, plants from this location have rosettes no more than 8” in diameter! Its flower spikes reach about 2 ft. in height. Bright green leaves, edged in white are about 3/8” wide, with some filament hair. The seed of this superb dwarf form was collected by cactus expert and Echinocereus reichenbachii specialist Jeff Thompson of Pueblo, CO. His new discovery is very rare in cultivation and a choice miniature for collectors of small Yucca and Agave! Non-collectors and rock gardeners will appreciate its tidy foliage and showy white flowers on stout bloom spikes in early summer.
