Description:

36-40” x 15” wide, (cutting propagated). Visit ‘Texas Violet’ on a still morning and you’ll catch the light scent of grape in the air. This eye catching collection is incredible with its white calyxes (flower sheaths) and contrasting deep indigo corollas (flower petals). Pinch the new shoots several times in late spring to thicken up the plant and keep it more compact; otherwise it tends to flop later in the summer. Thrives in a wide range of soils, but avoid wet clay soils.
