Description:
Since the 1960’s, this plant has been the standard of excellence to which new everbearing varieties are compared. The plants are highly productive producing tasty mid- to-large sized berries that hold well after picking. ‘Heritage’ berries are multipurpose and are excellent fresh, frozen and for making jam. Widely adapted for use across the country, but the berries ripen late. Not recommended for areas with early fall frosts in September. Will not grow successfully in extremely hot areas of the desert Southwest.
