Blackberry 'Triple Crown'
Quick Facts
Legend
Description:
‘Triple Crown’ is a new thornless variety that bears large, flavorful berries in late August. ‘Triple Crown’ bears it’s berries on SECOND YEAR growth. The plants are semi-erect and are best grown by training the canes onto a trellis. PLEASE NOTE; our printed catalog INCORRECTLY lists this variety as fruiting on the current season’s growth (first year canes). This is an excellent choice for use all across the country including warm winter areas with little or no frost. Not suitable for growing in extremely hot areas of the desert Southwest.
