Description:
Prime Jim is a breakthrough variety that will let home gardeners across the US more easily grow delicious blackberries. Hardy to – 30_ F, this everbearing variety fruits on first year canes greatly simplifying the pruning process. Cut the canes back to the ground each winter and the new canes come up, flower in mid-summer and produce large, tasty berries for 3-4 weeks beginning in late August. A University of Arkansas release. NOT suitable for growing in extremely hot areas of the desert Southwest.
